The books here have shaken my very foundations on what I thought was true about Life and Being. What I thought I knew to be true, where I really thought I had a handle on things - was unseated by another higher truth for myself, pushing me into a 1-2-3-4 domino effect cycle of change:
Oppose - “No way, that can’t be true. Really? That’s pretty scary.”
Suspend - “Well, if it is true, then how does this change these other things I believe.”
Consider - “Because this is a possibility that may be true, do I have a willingness to entertain the idea it can be true for me too.”
Integrate - “This is a new truth in my life which now allows me to create and experience new possibilities.”
I set intentions to challenge my belief systems on a periodic basis, because I want to grow, to drop old notions of who I thought I was, only to create a more evolved version of myself that believes in greater possibilities in Life.

We are the source of our experiences and it starts with the mind and ego sending out good and bad vibes. Constantly aware of my projector.
Travelling Free: How to Recover from the Past by Changing Your Beliefs by Mandy Evans. In a simple step-by-step approach Mandy takes you through a self-questioning process to help you identify a limiting belief and move you to a place of dropping the belief in order to experience relief. Very powerful. Still use this today.
Peace Is Every Step: The Path of Mindfulness in Everyday Life by Thich Naht Hanh. A short read with practical daily activities that help you remember to stay grounded and be grateful for being align. Inspirational.
The Beggar King and the Secret of Happiness: A True Story by Joel ben Izzy. A wonderful story that gives practice advise on achieving happiness through how we handle our life lessons.
Expect the Unexpected or You Won't Find It: A Creativity Tool Based on the Ancient Wisdom of Heraclitus by Roger von Oech. A humorous text filled with ideas on breaking out of a creative rut. Based on the wisdom of Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher of the late 6th Century BCE, you wil do a double-take on the wonderful insights and catchy witticisms, like “You can’t step in the same river twice.” Enjoy!
A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle. He puts into perspective the movement on Earth right now about the awakening of human consciousness to broader and deeper levels. He starts describing “the flowering of consciousness”, then moves into how important it is to manage the Mind, the Ego, and the waves of emotions expessed in the pain-body. I’ve read this several times, each taking me to a deeper part of Self and Soul. Eternal wisdom.
