The Kybalion

I consider this material Ancient Wisdom Teachings, fundamental to understanding the workings of the Universe. This is my “spiritual scaffolding’ from which everything I have come to understand about the Universe relates back to these 8 principles.

Synopsis: Originally published in 1908, a group of writers identify themselves as the Three Initiates. They described the 7 Hermetic Principles, operating principles of the Universe - Mentalism, Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Causation, Rhythm, Gender. Their source was inspired by the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus. The book’s author was William Walker Atkinson.

In 2012 I wrote about an 8th Principle - the Principle of Alignment - and incorporated it into the teachings.
